Ana Rucner Named Person of the Year in Art and Music

Internationally recognized Croatian cellist Ana Rucner is the recipient of the highest award, the “Golden Plaque – Person of the Year for the field of art and music,” presented as part of the 47th edition of the event ‘Selection of Top Managers, Top Companies and Persons of the Year’. The award was given for her exceptional contribution to art, distinctive authorial and performing expression, and long-standing promotion of culture and music at an international level.

The expert jury highlighted Ana Rucner as an artist who, with her innovative approach, successfully combined classical music, contemporary sound, and ethnic elements, creating a unique musical expression recognized throughout Europe and the world. The award rationale particularly emphasizes her role in promoting cultural heritage, artistic excellence, and continuous humanitarian work.
