FULL OF HEART AND OVATIONS IN MEDULIN: ANA RUCNER PRESENTED THE “CONCERT MEDITATION 432 HZ” FOR THE FIRST TIME

Nature, top-notch music, tradition and modern technology came together in an unforgettable experience that offered the audience a true experience for all the senses.

The packed amphitheater of the Srđ Cable Car above Dubrovnik and the magical Vižula Archaeological Park in Medulin were this year’s meeting places of music, emotion and togetherness, where Ana Rucner once again prepared an unforgettable experience for her loyal audience on the first day of summer and World Music Day.

For the sixteenth year in a row, the tradition of celebrating the beginning of summer brought together numerous visitors who enjoyed the unique combination of nature, top music, and a special atmosphere at two beautiful Croatian locations.

This year’s edition was marked by the premiere performance of the project “Concert Meditation 432 Hz”, through which Ana offered the audience a completely new musical experience. Through sound, meditation, and art, visitors had the opportunity to pause briefly, relax, and surrender to a musical journey that inspired all the senses.

Particular excitement in Medulin was caused by the robot Tonka, which took the audience momentarily into the future, but at the same time showed how contemporary technology and true human values can be harmoniously connected. Her appearance generated great interest and excitement among all generations and further enriched the unique experience of the evening.

Alongside Ana Rucner, accordionist Martina Jembrišak also performed on stage, and the artists did not neglect tradition and respect for the places where they perform—in Dubrovnik they performed the traditional Dubrovnik dance Linđo, and in Medulin, Martina played the traditional Istrian instrument velika roženica at the very beginning of her part of the performance. In doing so, they showed great respect for both the people of Dubrovnik and Istria, while numerous visitors once again confirmed by their attendance that the concerts celebrating the arrival of summer have become much more than musical events—they have become a tradition that connects people through music, nature, and positive energy.

“I can only say that I am overjoyed, both because of the tradition I have managed to maintain for years, and because classical music has managed to attract a large number of visitors and maintain sincere concentration throughout the entire performance, especially in the meditative part. Classical music is a hit that will never go out of fashion! Thank you to Martina for the beautiful notes she shared with me, thank you to everyone who was with us, see you next year!” stated Ana Rucner.

Equally satisfied was Martina Jembrišak, who thanked Ana for the invitation: “I truly enjoyed playing with Ana. Experiencing Srđ at 5 in the morning is truly an experience, and the evening concert in Medulin… beautiful. Every rehearsal and time spent together before the concerts themselves left a deep impression on me and will remain in my tender memory forever. Thank you all!
